Series Content and Goals:

Deepen your knowledge and experience of tapping, yoga, and mindfulness relative to chronic pain

Create your personal Self Care routine that includes tapping, yoga & mindfulness

Connect with others who share the common goal of Living Beyond Pain and encourage each other in the healing process

What you will learn:

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) - also known as Tapping:

Tap with your fingers on energy points near the surface of your skin for stress and pain relief

Simple, easy to follow tools to soften pain

Yoga Therapy:

Practice gentle movements matched with breath to safely reconnect with your body

Experience deep relaxation through guided meditation

Learn how to apply yogic philosophy with psychotherapeutic appraoches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to manage pain

Mindfulness:

You will be guided through mind & body connection techniques to yield calm and regulate your nervous system
