IF you live with chronic pain you know stress and pain go hand in hand, when one escalates, so does the other.

You also know 2020 was a year of escalating, unprecedented, unrelenting stress. The avenues for suffering both physically and emotionally seemed almost endless. 2021 continues to keep us wondering about the future.

Quarantine & Isolation can make us feel trapped in our body adding to pain intensity.

Well meaning but out of touch family, friends, even medical providers may tell you to toughen up, be more positive, ignore it, stop dwelling on it, get over it, move on.

Over the years medicine, physical therapy, surgery have failed in their promises for your chronic pain, rendering more side effects and feelings of isolation. The hope of opiates has been replaced by the reality of addiction and the new regulations create a sense of abandonment.

Pain is left to intensify, magnify, and amplify.

Depressing? It can be.

But. you. have not given up. or you wouldn't be reading this far.
